Right on the heels of your lingering Great American Beer Festival hangover comes tonight’s beer and food pairing dinner at Second Home Kitchen & Bar, the comfort food restaurant inside the JW Marriott at 150 Clayton Lane. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and includes four courses, all paired with beers from the Duvel American line. Reservations are $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and can be made by calling 303-353-3000.

Flight of Sausages
Bratwurst, sweet German mustard Knockwurst, sauerkraut, potato salad Blood sausage, garlic chip salad Andouille, fried clam, Cajun aioli Strausburg weiner, spicy mustard, wrapped in baguette Boudin blanc, duck fat fried potatoes, caramelized onions

Steamed mussels, Duvel beer, butter and thyme
Third Course
Jager schnitzel, wild mushrooms, red wine demi Weiner schnitzel, brown butter, lemon. Paired with side dishes of braised red cabbage and karoffelpuffer (potato cakes with apple sauce and sour cream) and herbed spaetzle
Fourth Course
Drunken bread pudding, raspberry lambic ice cream
