“Elders” in the scene wanted to provide young music fans with an all-ages community space.

The new concept comes from chef Quincy Cherrett, whose resume includes Sushi Den and Izakaya Den, as well as Colt & Gray and 22 Provisions.
“A big part is having a good crew that I can depend on,” says Misty Wise, who’ll launch Ono Era in June.
It’s one of four new spots that debuted.
“I’ve been working on this idea and this feeling for years now.”
It will be serving its fan-favorite cheese dogs, birria ramen and more.
The Colorado People’s Center’s grand opening event is Saturday, April 18.
