The initial acts for this year’s CMKY festival have been announced. The fifth annual edition of the festival is slated to kick off with a performance by Laurie Anderson on Wednesday, April 25, at the Boulder Theater, and will run through Sunday, April 29, at various venues across Boulder, which will host Deniz Kurtel, Lesley Flanigan, Morton Subotnick, Lillevan, Nils Frahm, Terre Thaemlitz (aka DJ Sprinkles), Shawn Rudiman, Claude Young, Kyle Hall, Lulacruza and Ejival, among others still to be announced. A limited number of tickets went on sale yesterday for $85.
