When Stapleton closed down, it immediately killed what was the small-town Denver area metroplex and the extraordinary environment of the Front Range and turned it into the long-awaited, greedy real estate developers’ dream that will destroy it.

As Jethro Tull sang, “God stole the handle and the train won’t stop going….No way to slow down.”
