“Supa Lovin'” is the track that just won’t go away. Not only does the cut appear on Pries’s second mixtape, Late for Class, but it’s also slated to appear on Transfer Student, his forthcoming album, which is scheduled to drop next month.
A radio-ready anthem, “Supa Lovin'” is driven by Pries’s production and vocals on the hook and features Rockie, a fellow emerging local artist.
The associated video, directed by Nate Watkin, fits right in with the theme of lovely ladies up for grabs: A fresh-faced Pries is pictured sifting through a collage of women with a red marker as through he’s perusing the classified ads. During his verses, he spells out the desired prerequisites of her behavior, while Rockie takes a more sensitive, committed approach with his rhymes as he lays out his idea of “Supa Lovin’.” Click through to see the clip.
