The shop, at 2103 South Broadway, has closed — a victim of the City of Denver’s plan to widen Evans. Owners Chris and Katie Robinson, who moved to Fort Collins in 2006 and opened a joint there specializing in the North Carolina-style ‘cue Chris grew up on, then expanded down south, may reopen in Denver. But not until spring — at least, Chris says.
