Monday, March 2, from 5:30 p.m. until close, the Kitchen (Upstairs), at 1039 Pearl Street in Boulder, will offer a three-course, prix fixe menu paired with beers from Boulevard Brewing Co., a Kansas City brewery that is making its Colorado debut.
