Lunch: Four lackluster tacos and one really cheesy chile relleno smothered in watery green chile studded with still-cold cubes of pork, all of which took 35 minutes to arrive at our table — a table parked in a dining room completely bereft of bodies. The verdict? So not worth the wait, although the chips and salsas, surprisingly, were among some of the best I’ve had in this city.
