Our recent posts about police officers charged with crimes have inspired plenty of comments critical of cops. This one is, too — but it cautions folks not to assume that all of the boys and girls in blue are corrupt.

I grew up around law enforcement…There have always been douchebag cops out there. Unfortunately the numbers keep growing and growing…and unfortunately those dick cops are giving ALL cops a bad name…. What’s shitty is it’s the good cops that get shot etc. instead of the jerkoffs! It’s not a matter of they are suddenly on the wrong side of the law…they are just now getting caught!
