No, we’re not making this up: According to the Daily Camera, Boulder city officials will soon consider whether or not to impose an eight mile-per-hour speed limit for bicycles entering or traversing a crosswalk. Strikes us as totally unenforceable, unless the city installs new photo-radar technology at ground level that’s capable of differentiating pedalers from really fast joggers. Slow down, you crazy exercise zealots!
