Representatives of the Aurora Police Department still haven’t identified the man seriously injured during an officer-involved shooting this past weekend — although they have confirmed that he didn’t shoot himself in the incident, as initially implied. Yesterday, however, the family of 18-year-old Darius Murray came forward to identify him as the person in question, and to excoriate the Aurora cops for what they call “inconsistencies” in the reports to date.
