Cannabition’s public pot-smoking party at NORAD may be dead in the water, but the event’s organizers will still be celebrating the beginning of retail marijuana sales tomorrow with a bus tour of Denver pot highlights, including a behind-the-scenes peek at a retail dispensary and a grow site.
