Those bizarre DIA conspiracy theories, which got a boost from the installation of the demon steed known as the Blue Mustang, should blast into the stratosphere thanks to the installation this week of Anubis, god of the dead. The 26-foot statute is intended to promote a King Tut exhibit coming to the Denver Art Museum later this month. But is it also promoting an unprecedented rise of evil? If we’re sucked into the underworld in a swirling vortex of doom, we’ll know.
