Lower48 Kitchen will once again partner with Kim & Jake Rosenbarger of Kim & Jake’s Cakes for a special gluten-free evening tonight, complete with food, drinks and baked sweets. The menu format at Lower48 will remain the same – offering “Each,” “Small” and “Large” plates – but every dish will be gluten-free, and cocktails, wine and even gluten-free beer will be available to pair with your meals. (Yes, the regular menu will be available, too.) Kim & Jake’s Cakes will also have a market set up at the restaurant, where it will sell an assortment of gluten-free baked goods, including breads, cookies and more.
