The long-awaited Avanti Food & Beverage opens at 11 a.m. today at 3200 Pecos Street, in a LoHi spot that features a terrific view of downtown. And that’s not all: This modern food court packs in seven restaurant concepts from seven different chefs into shipping-container kitchens on two floors with two bars featuring lots of alcohol options…including Dogfish beer out of Delaware And that provenance concerns Ryan: 

I’m sorry but this ridiculous. 20 Dogfish head taps out 40? That’s asinine, there are more than enough wonderful Colorado breweries to fill those taps. Not really a great way to support local businesses if you ask me…
