Zolo Grill is teaming up with Isabelle Farm for its annual Isabelle Farm Dinner this evening. The chefs at Zolo will be using farm-fresh ingredients from Isabelle to cook up a five-course meal that celebrates community, sustainability and fresh ingredients. The menu will feature dishes like watermelon-chile gazpacho, Tender Belly pork-belly confit, Colorado beef sirloin and more.
