Wine lovers have several opportunities to taste some great wines paired with multi-course menus tonight, when Denver restaurants will host three wine dinners, each featuring a different kind of wine.

Jax Glendale is hosting a dinner tonight with Helen Keplinger, Food & Wine‘s 2012 Winemaker of the Year and a Wine Spectator “Rising Star Winemaker,” who will give guests a rare opportunity to taste some of her very limited California wines (only around 250 cases are made). Keplinger’s small-production, Rhone varietal wines will be paired with a five-course meal featuring such dishes as foie gras pate and abalone. The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and is priced at $125; make a reservation by calling 303-756-6449.
Infinite Monkey Theorem will be the guest of honor at a special wine dinner at Lala’s Wine Bar and Pizzeria; the four-course meal will feature pairings from Infinite Monkey Theorem and winemaker Ben Parsons. This evening’s event starts with a cocktail reception at 4:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30. Tickets are $45; call 303-861-9463 to make reservations.
And Arugula Bar e Ristorante will be hosting its own wine dinner at 6:30 p.m. tonight.The five-course meal will highlight Seghesio Family Wines of Sonoma, and will be prepared using almost all-local products.
