“Wanting more time to work out the kinks,” Cebiche Authentic Peruvian Dining will be sticking to its abbreviated menu for a little longer than expected, says Colleen Hutt, manager and wife of owner Sergio Iraola.

Initially, this Cebiche — which is not to be confused with the Cebiche on West 32nd Avenue — had planned a grand opening on September 9. The celebration has now been pushed back “four to six weeks,” Hutt says.

Until then, the restaurant will still be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, serving a smaller, introductory menu. The basement bar will be open Thursday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. And for now, the planned brunch is on hold.
