It’s National Paella Day! And Ondo’s Spanish Tapas Bar, 250 Steele Street, is celebrating with a deal on made-to-order versions of the traditional Spanish dish.

Patrons can customize their dishes with up to four ingredients (from a roster of vegetables, seafood and meat) for $28; each order should feed between two and four. Reservations are recommended; call the restaurant at 303-975-6514 for more information.
