This week Gretchen Kurtz reviewed reviewed a Denver institution, Racines, which just celebrated its thirtieth anniversary. Udi Bar-on shared some big news in Chef and Tell: Come summer, his restaurants will no longer be called Udi’s, since that was a stipulation of the $125 million sale of Udi’s Foods.
