A film production crew from Eat St., a television show on the Cooking Channel hosted by James Cunningham, a guy who worships — and chases — the nationwide street-food movement, is in town this week to shoot several Denver pavement cuisine pushers, beginning today at 11 a.m. with molecular magician, Ian Kleinman, who runs the Inventing Room.

The show, described as “a lip-smacking celebration of North America’s tastiest, messiest and most irresistible street food” featuring “food mavericks with creative takes on mobile meals and inspiring stories to tell,” will also plant cameras in front of the crews of the Biscuit Bus and Sugar Lips Mini Donuts. Street-food fiends are encouraged to show up and shove food in their mouths.

Here’s the complete filming schedule, including times and locations:

Today The Inventing Room 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 940 Logan Street, in the back parking lot (follow the signs) Menu includes: Apple pie “Koolaid” Hot fudge ice cream, espresso fudge cookie Homemade whipped marshmallow Strawberry yuzu sorbet with frozen olive oil Popcorn space foam Miracle fruit tasting $5 Creme brulee with banana foster Coconut ice cream with brown sugar Braised pineapple and raspberry bubbles
