Grist Brewing celebrated its grand opening on November 2 in Highlands Ranch, bringing some much-needed craft beer love to Denver’s south suburbs. In fact, Grist, founded by organic chemist Rob Kevwitch, is the first independently-owned craft brewery in Highlands Ranch — and the first in a wave of planned brewery openings over the next few months in Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton and Parker.
Graham’s Texapino Favorites food truck will be there tonight at 4:30 p.m., dishing out Filipino cuisine — and pairing them with Grist beers. But in the meantime, check out these photos of the new spot.
