Gigi’s Café has finally opened this week after MegaFauna’s big move last month. It’s much larger than the cafe in the original location, and has quite a few more dining options.

With breakfast and lunch options -= and even delivery thrown in — Gigi’s at MegaFauna is definitely getting the neighborhood’s attention. “We’re really seeing it early in the morning and then late afternoons — which is kind of when people drink coffee,” explains MegaFauna owner John McCaskill.
Open Tuesday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the café still needs some some construction work completed, like the the drive-thru window, but McCaskill says MegaFauna is well on its way to completion. “Believe it or not, it’s hard to find someone to do it. Apparently, the drive-thru window thing is a challenge,” he explains.
And with any luck, even the trees in front will be in soon. He’s waiting for a frost-free week — but this is Colorado in November.
