Denver’s culinary scene is constantly expanding, which makes for some amazing food — but can also make trying all the hot new restaurants quite a challenge. It could take months to explore the more recent developments in Denver’s dining scene, and when you finish the restaurant landscape looks completely different from when you started — and you have to start the whole process over again. But tonight you can sample dishes from more than thirty of Denver’s hot, independent restaurants at the Big Eat.

This food and drink fest put on by Eat Denver will be celebrating Denver’s diverse food scene with over three dozen of the area’s hottest indie restaurants and liquor establishments all in one place. Ace, Adelitas Cocina y Cantina, Central Bistro & Bar, Euclid Hall, Gallo di Nero and Work & Class are just a few of the participating restaurants.
Head to the Galleria at the Denver Performing Arts Complex between 6:30 and 10:30 p.m. to enjoy some of Denver’s best bites for $55. Tickets include tastes and drinks; get yours here — but hurry, because last year’s event sold out.
