From 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. today, the southern Snooze will donate a portion of its sales to benefit the Parade of Lights, which will take place downtown this Friday. For more information, visit snoozeeatery.com.

Frasca Food and Wine is holding its Monday Night Wine Dinner of the year. Brett Zimmerman, Craig Lewis and Matt Cain made a few barrels of wine from sites in Santa Barbara last fall and, given the the timing of its conception, named the resulting wine Flood. Frasca’s chefs will offer a prix fixe four-course tasting menu for $50 alongside the optional wine flight, ranging from $40 to $50 and featuring Flood. For reservations, call Frasca at 303-442-6966.

Tuesday, December 2

The Fort is holding a Holiday Auction Party benefiting Tesoro Cultural Center from 6 to 9 p.m. tonight. Entry is free with a suggested $25 donation for an evening filled with music, art, jewelry, dancing, a cash bar and delicious hearty appetizers, compliments of The Fort. Cook Street School of Fine Cooking hosts a Culinary Date Night from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at which you can cook up more than delicious dishes. Two glasses of wine (one white and one red) are included with the meal =- and you can now purchase an additional bottle of wine for $29! Wednesday, December 3

Cherokee Ranch and Castle will host a Holiday Tea at the Castle at 2 p.m. today. Tea will feature seasonal fare ranging from pumpkin scones and carrot-cake bites to turkey-and-cranberry sliders and caramels; there will even be a take-home treat. Tea is $45; for more information click here.

The Seasoned Chef hosts a Festive Party Food and Drink Pairings from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. tonight, inviting everyone into the kitchen to cook, nibble, clink and toast as chef Andrew focuses on food and drink pairings to enhance your next holiday get-together. Tuition is $80; register here.

Museo de las Americas will present Mezcal: Culture, Heritage and Tradition, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today. There will be a tasting and a presentation of mezcal, an agave spirit, by master mezcalier Sergio Inurrigarro. The tasting is $10; for more information, visit museo.org.

Thursday, December 4

Wash Park Studio is the site of the Colorado Micro Market hosted by RadCraft from 4 to 9 p.m. today. The market will feature over a dozen local merchants, craft beer, food samples, complimentary gift wrapping and more. The Good Fellas of Beer Dinner will start at 6 p.m. at Session Kitchen. Chef Scott Parker will prepare the five-course meal, which will be paired with beers from local breweries including Breckenridge, Elevation, Odell and Boulevard, plus a surprise beer cocktail. Friday, December 5

The Event Center at Rembrandt Yard in Boulder will be soaked in local suds from 7 to 10 p.m. tonight. The Boulder Festivus is Boulder’s only beer festival that features just breweries with a Boulder address. This festivus for the rest of us is $40; learn more by clicking here.
