Gather, a new community lounge and cafe, opened today at 1062 Delaware Street. The concept comes from ChoLon’s Lon Symensma — whom we picked as best chef in 2012 — and ChoLon partner Jim Deters, who opened Galvanize, a 30,000 square-foot collaborative workplace in the same historic Rocky Mountain Bank building.

Gather should be a true gathering place for entrepreneurs. As Deters told Lori Midson last fall, “Guests are encouraged to convene over a meal or snack, and if they so choose, stay awhile to exchange ideas and innovate together.”

Gather is now open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The menu features scones, bagels and other breakfast and snack items, but will continue to evolve; call 303-823-4172 for more updates.
