Jax Fish House in Glendale, winner of the Best Raw Bar in the Best of Denver 2015, welcomes the Oregon-based organic winery, King Estate, for a five-course wine dinner at 6:30 p.m. this evening. A King Estate representative will act as guest sommelier, leading guests through three courses plus an amuse and dessert course, all with wine pairings. Dishes will include king salmon “New Style,” Colorado striped bass, fresh shucked oysters and more. The dinner is $75 per person and includes wine pairings.
