Oskar Blues threw its third annual Burning Can ExtravaCANza over the weekend in Lyons, a canned craft beer festival that the brewery calls the “first active beer fest” in the country. In addition to plenty of canned beers, festival-goers were treated to slack-line competitions, kayaking, a cornhole tournament and a beer relay. Several live bands provided musical entertainment to accompany the fifty-plus breweries that provided more than 200 different beers. Photographer Danielle Lirette made the trip north to capture the sunshine and smiles at Bohn Park in Lyons. For more photos, see our complete slideshow.
