Where would you put a new restaurant in Denver? Theo Adley has sold the Pinyon in Boulder. “The truth is that I want to be in Denver,” he told Lori Midson. “I want to cook — and get better as a chef — in a bigger city with more people and more diversity.”

But where in Denver?

Says Carly:

I think the Highlands is already full…I recommend further upper Larimer (26th Avenue and north). Lots of interesting spaces begging for a renovation…and bars/breweries/distilleries moving in too.
