We don’t know much more, other than the space looks very cool — and we seriously doubt there’s any relation between this shop and the Hi-Rise Restaurant & Lounge, located at 3240 West Colfax Avenue.

Patricia Calhoun is editor-in-chief of Westword, the alt-weekly she co-founded in September 1977.
