Jasmine Listou has been turning out mini donuts to crowds all over Denver from a conveyor belt contraption housed in a trailer painted turquoise. Now, she’s taking her mobile act to a permanent shop in the mountains.

Listou just signed a lease on a Copper Mountain outlet, where she’ll open a new Sugar Lips Mini Donuts at 275 Ten Mile Circle.

“We’ll be right in Copper Village,” Listou says. From that shop, the donut maven plans to peddle the silver dollar-sized treats in addition to coffee and hot chocolate. And in the summer, she’ll start up with shaved ice.

Her trailer isn’t going anywhere, though. “We’ll be there year-round,” she says. “But the trailer will be down here in the summer doing the street food scene.”
