The “Denver Globe Trotters” take the stage for Harvest Week tonight

TAG, The Corner Office, Ambria, Locanda Del Borgo and Lola are teaming up for tonight’s Harvest Week feast at GrowHaus, 4751 York Street. The crew of chefs will be showcasing their skills with local takes on global cuisine during the fourth in a six-part series of pop-up meals celebrating Colorado’s food community, all sponsored by Eat Denver.

Here’s the menu, and its players:

Day boat scallop ceviche — roasted poblano, pickled papaya, sweet chili aioliadeas Hush puppies Hamachi, watermelon, yuzu and chille pasilla Braised beef tongue ravioli with piperade

Whole roasted alamosa striped bass, Grant Family beet green gnocchi, Tuxedo Farm bi colored creamed corn, Palisade peach agrodolce

Achiote Pork Pibil with butternut squash tamales and chile verde mojo Banana leaves, plaintains, chicaronnes, black beans and rice and mofongo
