A second Star is now shining in the metro area — and just in time to celebrate today’s start of the Chinese New Year.

Last week, after a few delays, Heaven Star finally opened at 7600 West 120th Avenue in Broomfield. This is a second restaurant from the folks who brought us Super Star Asian, which regularly serves Denver’s Best Dim Sum from its modest spot at 2200 West Alameda (at right).  And it is no relation at all to Star Kitchen, at 2917 West Mississippi Avenue — although a former Super Star chef is behind that venture.
