Vintners blend wines made from different grapes to improve or enhance the flavors and textures of wine — and you can do the same thing at home with a little know-how and practice. Learn more from 6:30 to 9 p.m. tonight, when Vic Bourassa of Napa’s Bourassa Vineyards will host a Bourdeaux Blending Seminar at Strings, 1700 Humboldt Street.
The seminar will be followed by a three-course meal paired with Bourassa Vineyards wine; the evening costs $75, meal included .
