Trillium, 2134 Larimer Street, is hosting its first birthday party this evening, and the Scandinavian-American restaurant is giving presents away rather than receiving them. Any guest who walks through the door will be offered Trillium’s signature cocktail free of charge. See also: Slide show: Trillium behind the scenes
The cocktail — named the Trillium — consists of gin or vodka, lemon, wild blueberry, lavender syrup and Akvavit, and normally costs $9. Patrons will also receive a complimentary amuse bouche courtesy of chef/owner Ryan Leinonen.
Call the restaurant at 303-379-9759 for more information.
