We just published the Restaurant roll call for January, a compendium of new places that opened last month, as well as old places that closed.

A few familiar names both closed and opened, after taking time in late December or early January for vacation or remodeling, or both. Among the reinvigorated (and, in a couple of cases, remodeled): D’Corazon, 1530 Blake Street, which took its annual holiday break; The Kitchen, 1039 Pearl Street, Boulder, which used the time off for a major renovation; and Sabor Latino, 4340 West 35th Avenue, which came back from its break with a new menu, new look and somewhat new name: Sabor Bar and Grill.

Masalaa, 3140 South Parker Road, didn’t get to plan its hiatus; the popular vegetarian restaurant in Aurora closed in order to handle major maintenance issues. But the repairs are done and it, too, is now serving.

White Fence Farm
, at 6263 West Jewell Avenue in Lakewood, was supposed to reopen today after a two-week break for vacations and cleaning, but because of the weather, it’s postponed that reopening until tomorrow.
