It’s good to see the retail shops at Beauvallon finally settling down, with restaurants and cafes DiFranco’s, 100% de Agave and Drip Coffeehouse all maintaining a steady presence over the past couple of years, and even Denver tapas stalwart the 9th Door opening a second location here. While Attivo Pizza & Subs didn’t last long in the location, the newest kid on the block, Yura’s Modern Asian Kitchen, is giving it a go, with a soft opening for neighbors tonight and a grand opening tomorrow.

Yura’s spans Vietnamese, Korean and Thai, says partner Tae Hong, with a few Japanese and Chinese items as well. He adds that the kitchen is taking some best-loved dishes from previous restaurants to anchor the menu.
The wall of windows facing Lincoln Street bring sunlight into the space during the day, while mod wallpaper, wood accents and a plethora of lighting adds a warm yet modern mood. After the grand opening on Friday, Yura’s will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and noon to 7 p.m. on weekends, with a happy hour from 2 to 4 p.m. daily.
