Hill Country Revue, which features Cody Dickinson and Chris Chew of the North Mississippi All Stars, hits the Bluebird Theater tomorrow night with local openers Rosalie, and we’ve got a pair of tickets. If you dig the All Stars, your sure to dig Hill Country, who offers up a similar brand of southern fried juke joint goodness by the truckload. Added bonus: A good portion of the act’s Razor & Tie debut, Make a Move, was written by guitarist Garry Burnside, whose father, iconic bluesman R.L. Burnside, Hill Country also respectfully covers on the album. Check it some cuts after the jump, and then drop us a line with “Hill Country Revue” in the subject for your chance to win tix to the show.
