What goes on in the minds of taggers? What are they trying to tell us with their hastily scrawled missives across our double garage doors? Perhaps a lack of coherent message and bad penmanship are not the only problems plaguing Denver’s tagbangers. More legible postings on a garage door in North Denver command the reader to “SMOKE WEED.” The accompanying stencil art asks, “When will I get my Cuddle?” Clearly, our our back alley vandals are hurting.
