That’s because it was just purchased for $6.65 million.

And it was a bargain, relatively speaking. Unlike so many homes in Denver, which are currently selling for well above the original asking price, the lovely pile at 65 Elk Track went for nearly a million bucks less than its initially listed $7.495 million tag.

Fortunately, you’ll still get a chance to look around the place, thanks to photos on view below. Among the features: a presidential seal set into the floor.

You won’t find one of those in just any Beaver Creek mansion.
