Once upon a time, the Broncos-Raiders rivalry was one of the NFL’s best — but no longer. Even after losing in humiliating fashion to the Patriots last week, Peyton Manning and company took a while to get focused on Oakland and wound up trailing 10-6 during the middle of the second quarter. But then they woke up and casually pounded out a 41-17 win against what may be the most hapless Raiders squad ever.
