There’s no politics like Boulder politics.

At last night’s Boulder City Council meeting, Seth Brigham, who’d previously protested a possible nudity ban by stripping to his boxers, ridiculed proposed new decorum rules already facing the ACLU’s wrath by wearing a Zorro mask while speaking.
