A pair of French restaurants are among the new additions to the city’s dining scene.

Jarrod Andrews launched the mobile food trailer in 2021 with help from his brothers, John and Justin, all of whom grew up in the Park Hill neighborhood.

The Mexican concept replaced Acorn in 2020 and added its second outpost last year.

“I was always chasing the carrot, and now I have the carrot. So what are you gonna do with the carrot? I’m gonna ferment it and make miso out of it.”
